Bugged oasis map (couldn''t collect my first divine drop)

In a tier 1 oasis map there was a wall that was closed and the other side of the area had 40+ monsters. I killed some monsters from behind the wall with storm wave and one also dropped a divine orb but i couldn't collect the items from behind the wall. It was my first divine orb drop in poe2. I couldn't even go to that side because of the wall. The incident caused me a great deal of depression and i am really dissapointed. I don't think i will be able to contine this game with my current state of mind. The request to the devs is to fix the map bug so that another enthuasistic gamer doesn't feel this way like me.
