POE 2 - Trial of The Sekhemas breaking game bug

Hello,

I finished the third ascendency (cruel) and as soon as I tried to open the altar to get my ascendency points the game crashed. I didn't get my ascendency points.

As I decided to do the run again, the problem is that the game considers it as if I had finished the previous run and now the enemies are much harder and I can't redo it.

I believe there is no solution for my case, since I sent an email to support and they told me to post my problem here on the forum.

Anyway, any help is welcome.

I've had troubles with it as well on the ps5. My witch had minions they killed the boss after I died. Now my witch or my mercenary can't restart or exit trails once they die. If I die during a trail I can't restart it or cancle the trail. I have to close the game open it again and then my coin is gone regardless of how many attempts it says on the coin. I'm also seeing that same issue when I die in maps. Not sure what to do with it.
