Atlas bug? citadel next to vault of kamasa not visible?

So i found vaults of kamasa (the pyramid animations, right?) and 1 day later when i moused over the waypoints around it, it says stone citadel? this has to be a bug, usually the citadels are in a small city animation (atleast the copper and iron ones i found are) - so now im afraid to miss citadels and have to hover over every single waypoint on the atlas or did i miss something?
