Ingenuity cooldown gem not working ?

I got the Ingenuity gem for the cool down for blink, and it don't seam to do anything to make it cool down faster
Even tho it is recommended for that gem, that has to be a bug right ? Last bumped on Jan 10, 2025, 1:51:26 PM

My blink has a Cooldown of 3.80seconds with the gem it is still 3.80sconds
this should go down a bit using the gem as it says it takes off I think 30% |
