Donation going wrong

Hello, I wanted to donate points for my clan because of the promotions, but when I donated the points, the leader informed me that they did not receive them. This was intended to purchase the Guild Quad Stash Tab. I hope for a solution to this issue. Thank you in advance.

Guild points must be accepted by the guild leader on the website in order to be applied to your guild's balance. The page for Path of Exile 2 guild leaders to accept points is here.
