imense lag spikes during the last couple days

As in the title, I've been having huge spikes in lag. This problem been going on for like 4 days now, some days the game is completly nonplayable and before it was completly fine.
My character teleports from place to place and i die to random stuff. It lags in all scenerios, in hideout, during breach, normal maping etc..
Sometimes it's a bit better for a few maps with small lag spikes. Changing servers doesn't help. I turned off triple bufforing, helped a tiny bit maybe, hard to say, problem still persists. Lowering graphics settings didn't help.
Renderer: directx12.
Engine multithreading: on

When i press F1, i see my ms go from ~40ms to few hundered... spiking up and down drastically. Cpu and Gpu constant ~7ms

Solid good connection 10mb/s, nothing else lags, expect this game...
