Game Freeze and Disconnect after second group of enemies in a map.

Shortly after defeating the centaurs to join the Ardura Caravan on Cruel Difficulty every second enemy group that reaches my character causes the game to completly freeze and after a couple minutes it disconnects me to the login menu.

What i have already tried:
I change the graphics renderer 3 times.
Changed Resolution.
Changed upscale type.
Switched my internet connection.
Switching acts from regular to cruel.
Restarting the entire PC.
Verifying file integrity.
Switched from external SSD to internal SSD.

Has anyone else found a solution to this problem?

EDIT:
I Have fixed the bug, posting in case there is someone else with the same issue:

Theres i a unique called Coutre Of Crimson Gilded Vestements that states you overflow your health with life leech. Problem is as soon as my health pool reaches 2125/2130 the game crashes, tested more than once to make sure, fixed by changing build! Altho i would love to use my original build.
