Blasphemy Auto Disabling

Using Hexblast is turning off my blasphemy. Im not weapon swapping, Im not using any strange mechanics, Im a basic Brenda. Its litterally just as simple as equipping HB, and Blas. (with temp chains), using HB and it turns itself off.
