Crossbow skills Sometimes just won’t fire

I am not sure what causes it but there seems to be something that causes the crossbow skills to not be activate able when there are a large amount of nps around your character.

My friends and I have started referring to it as a bolt jamming feature added to make the crossbows feel more like guns hahah.

It has been the cause of many a death on my mercenary.
