where is allocating space file ?

hi guys, i can't launch my poe2, i have black screen on start.. after i repair game by option button and game doesn't response too.

when i try to reinstall at first allocating space (about 90gb), i cancelled download because my connection is slow now, but in my hard disk the space is allocate...i don't know where is file, or folder on C:

can someone help me please ?
