STUCK in cruel act 2, can't progress to act 3

Hi,

I finished all the quests for cruel act 2, with trail of corruption showing as finished. After killing jamanra, sekhema just stands there. I portaled back to the caravan but it's still moving and there's no other option. I am stuck and unable to progress my character. Please fix ASAP!!

I am also trapped at the end of act 2 and not able to access act 3. Is there any feedback / fix in place?

Do you see on the world map "Act 3" and you can teleport to the first area?

I can see the map but unable to teleport.
I've tried running the end of act 2 boss fight a second time and that hasn't triggered act 3 either.

Im stuck at Act 1 cruel. Killed count Geonor thrice after resetting instances. Still the hooded one has no quest to progress to Act 2.
