+100 000 ping and kickback

Few mins ago while running map on breach (full life, es) i catch ping from ~40 to 100 000 or smth like that, got it 2nd time.
So i just quit (waiting not work, 1st time i wait like 5min and nothing happens, and i press alt+f4) poe2 and when i enter again my bag kickbacks on half map ago.
So i lost expedition, 2/4 ritual, reveal and clear half map(popup said that the map completed) and all loot that i grab (including audience for 1920 points) and some gear i throw out is came back in my bag.
Seems i also lost exp like dying and map is uncomplete on atlas.

Can someone eplain how to dodge this?
