Game language settings reset to system default after every patch.
And game launcher language settings reset to system default every time I run it.

You might presume that this is not a bug and everybody should want their launcher/game in the same language as their OS. But this is wrong presumption. It's ok to autoselect the language during first launch, but if user sets his preference, then this is what should be used from now on and it shouldn't switch back.

I have the same issue.
It works fine in PoE 1, I play in english but my system is french.

Every updates, I need to switch back to English, relaunch the game and be fine till the next update.

It seems the section

"

[LANGUAGE]
language=en

is missing in the "poe2_production_Config.ini", but it is in the "production_Config.ini" of POE1.

But curiously for me in-game it stays in the selected language "English" (perhaps it uses the POE 1 info?).
