Account stucked in loading screen

my account got stucked in cemetery of the eternals loading screen...i finished all 3 acts and now im act 1 cruel, everything was working fine until i had to go Cemetery of the Eternals and it just wont load the game/map.I switched to another character and the game works fine...
I verified the steam files for the game, i restarted my pc, my router but the problem persists...i want to play :(....
I waited 40 mins in loading screen but nothing happens....please help me
