FPS issue since pre-Christmas patch

Also dealing with this issue, haven't played in a couple weeks now because 30-40 fps is just unbearable. I have tried EVERTHING I could find scouring the internet to no avail.
i9-10900k 64GB ram 4070ti etc, etc. HELP ME SOMEONE PLEASEEEEEEEE! and thank you. Last bumped on Jan 8, 2025, 9:50:30 AM

Open up NVIDIA Controller on your PC, go to 3D Settings and find 'Shader Cache' change the shader cache from default/auto to 100GB. Save and reboot.
