Missing Guild Stash (Tabs)

I bought a Quad Premium tab, and it took the money and never appeared. Then; trying to find out how to fix that, I clicked a folder icon above, and a normal Premium Guild Stash Tab (Non Quad) disappeared. I don't see the folder, nor do I see the new quad premium tab.
