BUG or SCAM trade SKILL GEM

I saw on the market place that there was a 5 socket gem spark skill at a price of 10 exalt, then I private messaged the seller, but he asked for 100 exalt, then we made a transaction and I checked the spark gem skill according to the advertisement at market level 14 with 5 socket and corrupted. then when I checked in the bag it was also correct, but when I put it in the skill slot the spark gem skill changed to 3 sockets.....

I've tried relogging several times but it still has 3 sockets...

is this a bug? please give me a solution because I have bought it at a price of 100 exalt for skill gem spark level 14 5 sockets.
