PoE2 associated accounts not working

I somehow created a PoE2 account on my PS5 when I started then, when I created an account on the site to trade, it created a second account linked to my first one.

Now I have two accounts to log into on my PS5, the original one with my characters (and items) and my new one with no characters.

When I log into the PoE2 website to trade, it logs me in as my new account and doesn't let me trade because that new account isn't logged in.

Can anything be done so I don't have to start over on the new account created?
The accounts are linked and so is my PS5, but the Trade site can't seem to work with this.

I have same problem with my account. This one is my old and is steam linked. I want to unlink here and link with the PS5 account, because i want use PC to check prices on market while i am working....

They dont answer me since 10/12 with a solution. They asked me for more information to confirm who I am, but didnt unlink my account since then.
