Support for this game is an utter joke.
They spam the forum with the same copy paste reply and at best what you get from support is a copy paste message after weeks telling you to send more data - they already have - and obviously no one even reading your mail. I also want to work in support like that - just copy paste and ask for anything - problem solved. 31 Days now ... This is beyond unprofessional. Last bumped on Jan 6, 2025, 8:22:49 AM

Yes, replying to my email today is also asking for relevant information, but I have already sent it to them, yet there is no follow-up reply to this; I don't know what it means. Copy-pasting is fun, perfunctory, and sad.

I opened the email today with a lot of joy and I was saddened that it turned out to be like this. Because I've been waiting for many days. It's not that I'm reluctant to re-register an account to buy, it's because the old account has my hard work. From the game to open the server, the hard work to open the wasteland, the hard work to make the equipment. I don't want to be so reassured. I don't understand why GGG can't help us with the problem. This problem has plagued so many players, and their attitude is still the same. Why should they live up to the majority of players who support the games they make!

From their attitude towards players, we can see that GGG does not value players, and it is also for us, they love to play and do not play rolling.

"The appropriate team member" didnt read my mail and copy pasted me a question for information they already had and put me back to the bottom on the queue. You are selling 500+ USD supporter packs and 80+ USD skins that are limited in ways that no other companie even dares to. I mean honestly - i´ve seen no change. Its obvious that your support system is absurd for this ammount of players and its obvious that its also at fault for making your support even more inefficient - yet you havent changed a thing about it. Some things that might help us resolve an issue you're having more quickly: • Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name, including the four-digit discriminator • Include the names of a couple of your characters • Provide a concise description of the issue you are experiencing so we can have the appropriate team member assist you with resolving the particular issue • If you are sending an inquiry regarding a particular purchase you've made, include the transaction ID of the purchase in question. 30+ days of not having my coins from pre ordering
5 emails support, they replied 1 time asking for proof, which i provided 3+ weeks ago, no replies since This issue seems common and very simple fix? When I pre purchased EA $30 pack I had no idea it created a whole 2nd account on POE website. Account 1 got Early Access Accound 2 got my 300 coins Account 1 has my level 94 witch and could use the coins Account 2 has a level 2 char that I started yesterday to see if i can transfer the coins to account 1, I cant do it myself can someone PLEASE from support just move over the coins? |
