Game is crashing, when loading into Logbook Portal

Hey there,

For 130hrs my game was running smoothly. No issues at all so far for me.
But just now I tried to do my first Logbook and after creating the portals in my Hideout and using one of them, I get a loading screen (just as if it was loading into the map "Lush Isle"), then a short stutter and finally the game crashes completely.

I have tried this 3 times now and all the portals are disappearing/used. I don't know what else to do. Seems like I lost my first Logbook to something.
