Skeletal warrior minion skill missing on sceptre

I just bought a sceptre on the trade site which showed it has the skeletal warrior minion skill. After the trade was completed the skill was gone. To add to this every time I want to trade rattling sceptres the skill is just gone. Whenever I link on global or someone links/shows it to me the same happens.
This never happened to me before.
Image is of another sceptre(first inventory image, second is linked in chat image) since the one doesnt even say it has the skill.

Same happend with mine today, every scepter i trade it's the same.The one i buy from NPC work..

While they can probably lose their implicit by vaaling, thats obviously not what happened on the first one.

Is it perhaps just a display issue? i.e. if you go to your gems tab is the skill missing there?

I also had this happen to me when buying the sceptre from a ritual.

Interestingly, I was able to reforge it with other sceptres and the new one had the skill back.
