Anything that boost map drops in general (atlas points or scarabs) is going to equal more influenced maps when using conversion scarab. Not sure I understand your question.
As far as singular focus making for more influenced maps, I dont know about that... seems like a small sample size perception kind of thing. No reason to think thats true. “Freedom is what we do with what is done to us.”
