Unable to Complete Ritual: Savannah Map

Just as the title says, I opened a map on Savannah where a Ritual was available, in attempting to complete 1 of 3 on the map, one monster spawned just outside the ritual circle and will not allow me to complete it because I am unable to kill the monster (making me RIP a T14 map)
