Crossbow to Bow swap not working

If you try to swap automatically via assigning skills to each weapon set you are unable to use any skills. if you use the "weapon swap" ability it will work fine. please prioritize.

edit: the basic attacks also will not appear together in the skill menu. for example if im using two crossbows they will both show up in the skill menu and be ready to have gems socketed in to them.

edit 3: i quit using the bow altogether and went back to my double crossbow setup. one with mark/blink. as of right now my crossbows no longer shoot ammunition. restarting game did not fix. seems to be completely bricked at this point.

edit 4: i was using the wrong "crossbow shoot". bow still not working. im going to bed lol

Fuck man I'm with you, if I find a solution I'm coming back here to let you know. The only build I've pushed through is now bricked because I wanted to try weapon swap for the first time!?!

Additional info :

I'm using Explosive Shot --- Shockburst Rounds and once the bug began, Shockburst Rounds just started describing Explosive Shot's effect (doesn't show any stats still)

F I X E D

I CREATED A BRAND NEW SHOCKBURST ROUND, WHICH GOT ITS FULL DESCRIPTION BACK AND WAS USABLE AGAIN.

So the gem itself was bugged, I'd bet it happened when I moved around Weapon Set Passive Points?

The bug transfered over into another gem slot when I moved Shockburst Round around, bugging my Emergency Reload in the same fashion. The same fix applied.
