Headhunter Bricking Levers and probably other interactions (Augury Map)

Where : Augury Map in the mapping device
How to :
1- Kill a rare mob and obtain the modifier that teleports you on enemy when hit or getting hit (not sure which one it is)
2- Pull down a lever to access the center of the map
3- Have your headhunter teleport you on any enemy while pulling down the lever
Result : You will tp out of the lever while closing it, keeping the animation going and making the lever un-interactable after, the lever then doesnt count making the center of the map un-reachable.
