ACCOUNT CONNECTION PROBLEM

I bought the game as early access on playstation but no points were transferred to my account. The game can be played across platforms and since it is enough to buy from a single place, I also requested to connect my accounts via steam and it has been a month since I notified you about this problem via email and you still haven't responded. The game is very good, well done but you failed in terms of communication.
