GGG Needs to give us a update...

I know this is a company trying to make the game, holidays were here and passed. But during this time in the past month the game went from playable to I can't even open the game. I can load into the game but as soon as I get close to the login screen it just freezes. I am now gonna try the standalone launcher and see if steam could be the cause of this issue. But I doubt it will change anything. I spent some money and I am completely blown away from the media blackout from GGG about this matter as it worsens and that players are being affected by this issue is just mind blowing, Blizzard type of tactics of bullshit I have ever seen. I mean why did I even spend money if we can't get just a slight hey guys we are gonna address this issue because it seems to be the BIGGEST issue taking place over small in-game bugs some of us may never see because we cant even play the game. GGG do better... Really lets get back on track and not be like the other game that is upset that its not called Diablo-Like... Yes I am mad because I feel the hundreds of dollars is just being felt like a we got the money lets not talk and get this issue address and have the GGG staffs thoughts on what as a whole can be done to bypass or fix this issue. I mean truly I love PoE and I support it but I am starting to feel like this is heading down that road of D4 type of crap...
