Randomly getting rampage stacks (visually)

I started getting rampage stacks for some reason. Seems like its only visual as I can't find any info about rampage sources in POE2 atm. And atleast I am not getting any movement speed buff or any other effects of incremental stacks that I can see. Only thing I remember doing before this happened was changing some Atlas passives
