Banned for "inappropriate name"
Okay so I don't understand why when pretty much any game you play if your name is flagged they just have you change it before you're allowed to hop back into the game. But here at GGG gaming you get banned for it and then support takes 5 years to even do anything about it like that is crazy. I've heard nothing but trash reviews for the ggg support team please do better.

I will acknowledge that being banned is not a pleasant experience.
I do have to say, support@grindinggear.com has been nothing but outstanding anytime I have had to contact them. just a thought, instead of talking down or blaming the people you want help from. Thank them for the work they doing, imagine being in their shoes right now? (they likely have hundreds of thousands of emails they working through). Show a little empathy, you might just be surprised what that does for yourself. |

Or or or you know what might help is creating a system that will allow these situations to be solved without needing a support team to review each and every case? It was something a trivial as a name change it shouldn’t require weeks to get done. Most games have systems in place for that. Don’t want to deal with these posts from your consumers? Create a system to fix that? If I was in their shoes I would totally understand having all these issues that I’d have to deal with but I would also create an EASY fix that would diminish a percentage of my consumers problems.
