Access problem
Hello, I have encountered a rather strange problem that I have been struggling with for several days. I've written emails etc and zero response. I purchased the Game Code on the Kinguin website. I entered it on the official PoE2 game site, picked up the steam key and activated it there. After a few days due to lack of time I fired up the game playing it for 1 hour max. After wanting to return to the game 2 days later when trying to log into the server I get a message that I do not have permission to play in early access. Entering the official account on the PoE2 website in the tab with early access the same message. I wrote to Kinguin Support and sent emails to the game support and still no response. I was left with no way to play and no money for the code.

Unfortunately, if you purchased your access key from a third party site you'll need to contact them for assistance if your key's status appears to have been revoked. We aren't able to assist with issues related to purchases you didn't make using your Path of Exile account.
