Are you guys ever going to respond to emails Dec 6th, or do I need to email you again?

I emailed you on the 6th, you guys responded back asking me to verify information 5 days later, which I did, and I never got a response back nor anything done to solve my issue since. I replied back yet again about 2 weeks later, and no response to that one either. I don't know what I am supposed to do? Do I send another email? It seems my issue was closed and nothing ever done to resolve my issue. Any help/guidance would be appreciated.
