spontaneous death in Trial of Sekhemas

Me and my friend just finished the room challenge and went to the fountain to pay 5 water and restore honour. The second he clicks the fountain both us die for no reason, with no enemies around, after the room challenge is completed.

4 rooms before the 3rd boss, after 1 hour doing this shit challenge. We had 70%+ honour, it went straight to 0.

I have a picture that shows we are on the post challenge room, no enemies around, nothing to harm us.
