Contact issues

I've been trying to get my steam account unlinked from my PoE 1 account by e-mail. I feel like I'm being ignored all because I made a little mistake. I typed in my e-mail name instead of my account name by mistake. (I struggle with autism and other mental complications.) Please, reply to my e-mail and help me unlink my steam account. I have an older PoE account I rather have linked.
