Can i get Support respond in any way?

I wrote to this poin about 10 Emails started at 09th November to get a respond to my Account Problems. Till today absolutly no respond, zero .... nothing. As i told earlier, i can understand, that you have much to do these days, but a short mail with something like, we got your email we will contact you asap would be nice after almost 1 month of zero respond. best regards bengchui Last bumped on Jan 7, 2025, 2:43:36 PM

Sorry to hear that you've had such a miserable time.
You should try sending a forum DM to them. Click 'Messages' at the top ^, then 'Compose Message'. In 'Add Recipient', simply type "Support". You might have better luck getting a response that way. |

Yeah i get that and read that in the past forum posts.Dont want to be unpolite but its a month now. How long do you think will it take to get an answer?

I sent my first email to support on the 29th of November 2024, about changing my account email. It's the 6th of January and i am still waiting for support to do a simple email change on my account. I am still unable to play EA Poe2 until they change my account email.

So i got a respond 2 days ago finally. tbh to wine in this forum had helped out i think. they needed some more information about my account, i responded immediately. Now we are back at waiting for respond the second round -.- hopefully not 4 weeks again ... just saying
