Lingering Illusion Bug

When I have 4 active spirit skills, Lingering Illusion doesn't work. The skills I have active are Lingering Illusion, Wind Dancer, Ghost Dance; and I have tried with Herald of Lightning, Herald of Ice and Cast on Freeze.

The Lingering Illusion buff still shows in the top left corner, but no illusions are made when I dodge roll, and I do not gain power charges.

Deactivating any of the skills makes it work properly again, but only while 3 remain active. If I have 4 active, it doesn't work.

I have lingering illusion supported with vitality and herald of lightning supported with blind and 75 out of 100 support used.

But if I add precision to either herald of lightning or lingering illusion I don't leave an illusion when I dodge.

if I remove blind I still don't leave an illusion.
But if I either remove vitality or precision I leave an illusion again.
