Ancient Vows quest - unable to find keth relic

Hi, i dont knows if its a bug but im farmin keth since 2 hours and no relic drop. Im playing mana stacker character and id love to have that extra mana recovery from flask. This is my second character in poe 2, first one found the relic from like first pack, and all my friends are saying i have this quest bugged.

Is it real? am i cooked? please help, and possibly fix the bug if it is a bug
