Essence mobs cannot be triggered

Doing a t14 map in Hive with no extra content on it.
Essence has spawn and first it was triggable, but after a few seconds it cannot be triggered anymore and looks like its mobs have kinda "escaped" the prison in which they were in. Moreover, they cannot be targeted/killed but they harm me on hit.
