Rigwalds Curse does not apply flat damage of claws to unarmed attacks

Rigwalds Curse states "Modifires to claw damage also apply to unarmed attack damage whith melee skills" but flat sources of damage to claws, like abyss jewels, do not apply, although this source of flat damage is both a claw modifire and a damage modifire.
