Left-Click not working in-game

Merc character.
Left-click works fine to start the game, but once in the game left click doesn't function to enable the action I assigned to it.
I tried remapping inputs, I tried changing video settings, nothing will bring it back.

Same issue, just happened. Left click greyed out

Glad I'm not the only one. Left click doesn't work for me at main screen log in.

Ditto.
Mercenary character doesn't left click.
It happened while I was in the middle of a fight, button mashing to my heart's content. Like a gosh darn champ.
Anyhoo.
Middle of the fight, left click stops working.
Left click remapping is greyed out. other menu items like the movement styyle button didn't have any text on it.... clicking on a portal would crash game...

Nothing worked.
keys to default didn't... remapping left click and back would sorta work... but only for shooting. no other left clicking.

trying an uninstall/reinstall and see if that works!

****EDIT Update:
What I think happened is my left click got remapped in the battle somehow, and put the "change ammunition" skill on the left click. instead of just attack.

Uninstalling/Reinstalling did NOT fix it. So game is now unplayable?
Left click is still greyed out in menu. Game almost insta crashed once I loaded into a map. But still menus worked.

Super sad as I just finished the campaign for the 5 billionth time.
