movement with mouse no longer works

it was working fine up til 5pm central, break for dinner and come back, mouse move only works on the caravan(act 2), going to a live area say.. dreadnaught mouse is just attacking I can't move with it
it IS selected as mouse/keyboard in settings, just doen's work!! please help

update, tried changing to wasd, and back, saved, nothing, can't move other than dodge/roll no arrow keys etc. Made a new toon, works perfectly, so do my other 2 characters I had made previously. bugged character Eroicaone, hope this helpes and you can restore character or something.

2nd update, I was curious as to what may have changed between when I last played Eroicaone to when the movement stopped working with mouse. It was fine until 5 pn central time Saturday. when I returned from dinner I searched tha trade site for a new wand and focus.
I sent a message to the sellers and bought a wand for 1 exalt and a focus for 1 exalt (no i do NOT remember their names) it is apparently the wand which is causing the problem. I ported to an active area, un-equipped both wand and focus, mouse movement works perfectly. I then equipped just the focus, again mouse movement works fine. I then un-equipped the focus and equiped the wand and could no longer move with mouse.
I meet all requirements for the wand and all other gear so it's not any issue other than with the wand which baffles me as to why that would cause mouse movement to stop working.

I will re-equip both items if you can look into this and restore mouse movement with the wand equipped I would apprecaite it. I worked hard to try and upgrade my gear and to now not be able to play that character is very annoying. I simply do NOT have a lot of currencies to throw around as in ZERO exalts at present so I can not just go buy a replacement from trade site.

Please look into this asap I miss playing the stormweaver, having the most success with that character and would like to continue. Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.
