Hi
I want to trade but when i press the private whisper it says your acc must be ingame to use this feature?

How do i fix that?

I have not experienced this, other than when I actually wasnt logged in, but I would check:

1. Make sure you are logged into the trade site with the same account as the one you are using in the game. (Check your unique id string after your name). I'm pretty sure I saw that during account shuffle to support the cross platforming, some people had 2 accounts get associated to the same email and it caused problems.

2. Try logging out/back in to both the website and the game.


If problem persist, make a post in the below forum. Make sure you use a better title than "Trade" so the support staff understands that you have a problem to look into.
