No spawn citadels - 92lvl / 320k killed mobs / 180h played hours

Hello,

I finished acts 2-3days after release and started maping. Unfortunatelly I have not seen any citadels till now. I went back over 12 screens, left and up 6 and nothing. I am just bad luck or it is bugged map seed? Is there any option to reset mapo device and start new seed?
