Guild Points Disappeared / Game Crashed

When donating my guild points disappeared, the game crashed also

so 300 points from the sale just disappeared



a friend just sent me a link where u can manage the stashes but it says

"You are not currently a member of a Guild on PoE 2."

which is not the case
