No physical goods.. Why no hoodie?

Title says it all, i want a hoodie, but if i try and upgrade to the supporter pack that includes the hoodie, i am being told "You will not receive physical goods for this purchase." I already got screwed out of the t-shirt i wanted, but i wont upgrade unless i get the hoodie promised in the bundle.
Am i doing something wrong here or is this just an issue of overload and i need to wait till things calm down at GGG HQ? Last bumped on Jan 6, 2025, 3:18:46 PM

Will do, i know it'll take some time as i already have sent in an email to support about a double purchase on the "gem tab", good luck support i know ur swamped right now.
