Bug Inside Mawdun Mine , looks like a Rave Party

So I was busy exploring Mawdun Mine doing The Trail Of Corruption Quest and then I started experiencing a light show in the mines , it looked like a rave was going on , full on RGB colors in the cavern walls and my whole screen was colors at certain points.

current PC specs:
Graphics Card: AMD RADEON 6700XT
Processor: Ryzen 5 3600x
RAM: 16GB (not sure of brand)
Game is installed on M.2 SSD

I tried to replicate it again but I was unable to do so , but I thought I will create ticket regardless :D
