POE 2 Guilds broken

My friends and I are in a guild. We recently went to buy stash tabs for said guild. And then the trouble began.

No matter how many things we try, the website refuses to see us as being in a guild. None of us. We've tried every link to the website to see our guilds, nothing is working. When I click on manage guild in game, it takes me to a browser window that also says, not part of a guild. WTF????

The website also shows me as having no characters, or transactions. I feel like I'm going insane. This is an absurdly complicated way of doing this and I just want to be able to use the currency that I purchased. Any help in this manner would be appreciated.
