Still missing 300 coins

I still dont got my 300 coins from pre purchase. Contacted Support twice now and they answer only, that i have to submit my Account Name and few Char Names.
Did so but nothging happened so war. Waiting 3 weeks now. Last bumped on Jan 4, 2025, 1:51:19 PM
