Can't trade or whisper - character not found

so my games open and logged in, i cannot whisper anyone on the website to do any tradings and my account shows that i have zero character creation, i sent an email to support, its been about two weeks now with no response. is there a fix to this problem???? why cant they implement the trade system in game, this makes no sense to trade on a website.
