Hi, I have characters named vanishes and honors.
I realize I made an immature joke in global chat and recognize topics like that shouldn’t be said jokingly. I love playing so far and even more so enjoy helping others enjoy it by helping them clear bosses and trials. My account was muted for 168hrs then soon after was locked out. I’d love to have another chance to play with my friends. I reached out to support but was hoping to have this pushed to someone that can help. I very much learned my lesson and will use global chat to only help others get information they need and not abuse it for inappropriate behavior. so far the only response i got from customer support is asking for my account id and character name, despite my email containing that :(
