Unable to use spirit in demonform with the witch on console

While in demonform under the shapechange assignment screen for spirit you are unable to enable any spirit skills even though you have spirit. Thisis Incredibly frustrating considering how much it costs to respect I just spent into a build I wanted to try and can't even use it because the build I was looking at was pc played one and console has spirit disabled for demonform please fix this
